In order to ensure this, we offer our guests two systems that ensure a particularly high level of cleanliness, in addition to thorough hotel and room cleaning:

Sleep well!

Regular mattress cleaning with the Sleep Tidy System

All our mattresses are regularly cleaned on-site according to the Sleep Tidy System. The quality and condition of the mattresses are checked regularly. No chemical cleaning agents are used (suitable for allergy sufferers). With proven clean mattresses, guests can enjoy a restful night’s sleep without feeling the effects of an overused mattress. Room cleaning with HYLA system.

Our hotel is cleaned exclusively with Hyla water vacuums. Due to the special technology, these not only bind the dust but also clean the air during the process. Regionality and sustainability have always been practised at Villa Carlton. That is why we source most of our food and beverages regionally. This not only saves on transport, but also supports local producers and means we can offer products of outstanding quality. Our meat and cheese range is sourced directly from Fleischerei Fuchs in Grödig.

Avoiding waste and disposable plastic

We strive to make a contribution, and the best place to start is on our own doorstep and in our own home. Frankly speaking, the little bottles are cute, but they pollute the environment immensely. Hygiene products such as shampoo and shower gel are therefore only offered as refills in your bathroom at Villa Carlton. Other hygiene items such as combs or toothbrushes are provided on request at reception. In this way, we avoid having to throw away unused or partially used hygiene kits. Help us to avoid waste and protect our planet.
